Job summary

Apple is seeking an Channel Store Advisor to lead sales, merchandising, and operations of an Apple Shop within a partner reseller store, growing Apple business and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You will train partner staff, conduct product demonstrations, and ensure merchandising standards are met while working 37.5 hours per week, including evenings and Saturdays; this is a fixed-term position of approximately 14 months.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Fluency in Danish and ability to communicate in English.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Curiosity for continuous learning and eagerness to share knowledge with others.
• Solid relationship building skills with the ability to become a trusted business partner at a single point of sale.

Responsibilities

• Represent Apple within a single partner store and help customers develop relationships with our brand.
• Share in-depth knowledge on Apple products directly to customers, work closely with partners, and create new owners of our products.
• Provide an amazing customer experience by showcasing our products, accessories, and services.
• Proactively seek opportunities to expand awareness for new and existing customers.
• Leverage curiosity for technology and stay up to date on initiatives impacting the customer journey.
• Ensure fixtures, product exposures, and merchandising elements are up to date and maintained according to Apple's standards.
• Provide daily care and inspection and elevate issues for timely resolution.
• Educate customers by delivering individual and group product demonstrations, sharing promotions, and encouraging adoption of the Apple platform.
