Job summary

Apple Copenhagen is seeking an Apple Channel Store Advisor to join a partner store on a fixed-term contract of about 14 months. The role covers sales, merchandising, and customer education in a busy Apple Shop environment, working 37.5 hours per week including evenings and Saturdays.

You will demonstrate Apple products, train partner staff, and ensure merchandising standards are upheld, while delivering outstanding customer experiences and growing Apple business at the point of sale.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Fluency in Danish and ability to communicate in English.

• Share your in-depth knowledge on Apple products directly to customers, work closely with partners, and create new owners of our products.

• Ensure that all Apple fixtures, product exposures, and merchandising elements in the store are up to date and maintained according to Apple's standards.
• Provide daily care and inspection according to guidelines and upscale issues for timely and effective resolution.
• Educate customers by delivering individual and group product demonstrations, sharing the latest sales promotions, and encouraging adoption of the Apple platform.

Preferred Qualifications

• Effective time management including ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize tasks.
• Ambition for driving sales results and recommending Apple solutions is desirable.
• Background in direct sales or solution-based selling is a plus.
