Danfoss is seeking a forward-thinking professional to transform how Product Management and Vertical teams operate across HVAC-R and AQUA Drives. You will replace manual, fragmented work with data-driven, AI-enabled workflows that boost productivity and decision-making.

You will collaborate with global stakeholders to design scalable processes, governance models, and decision frameworks, enabling better decisions through dashboards and insights using Power BI, Salesforce, and Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in finance, data analytics, process management, or a related field with experience in process improvement.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and change initiatives with measurable impact.
• Hands-on experience implementing AI-enabled tools and automation solutions (e.g., Copilot, Power Platform, n8n).
• Solid skills in data analysis and visualization (Power BI, Excel, Salesforce) to support decision-making.
• Structured, proactive communicator who engages stakeholders effectively.

What We're Looking For

• An academic degree in finance, data analytics, process management, or a related field, combined with experience in process improvement or operational excellence
• Proven ability to drive driving process improvements, change initiatives, and to deliver measurable improvements in ways of working
• Hands-on experience implementing AI-enabled tools and automation solutions (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, n8n, or similar), beyond theory
• Solid skills in data analysis and visualization (e.g., Power BI, Excel, Salesforce) to support decision-making
• A structured, proactive communicator who challenges the status quo, translates business needs into practical solutions, and engages stakeholders effectively
