Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Car Return Agent to join our Network & Stations team. You will serve as the main contact for customers returning vehicles, inspect returned cars, and help finalize rental processes with accuracy and care.

You will collaborate with branch colleagues to maintain fleet readiness and customer satisfaction, handling documentation and quality control while upholding safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service or operational role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to assess vehicle condition.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with professionalism when they return their vehicles.
• Check a high volume of vehicles back into the rental fleet daily.
• Identify and document any new damage on vehicles for assessment and records.
• Contribute to the Quality Control process to ensure damage records are accurate and up to date.
• Provide excellent customer service during all interactions and ensure a smooth return process.
• Support other branch operations to maintain efficient service levels.
• Perform additional duties as requested by management to support branch success.
