In this role, you will be responsible for developing and growing strategic digital partnerships, with an initial focus on scaling Pandora's collaboration with Zalando across Europe while helping shape the future of our broader Digital Partner strategy. You will work at the intersection of business development, partner management, commercial performance, and operational execution, collaborating with stakeholders across markets and functions to unlock new growth opportunities for the world's largest jewellery brand.
As Business Development Specialist, Digital Partners, you will play a key role in accelerating Pandora's growth across marketplaces, multi-brand platforms, and strategic digital partners.
You will own relationships with key partners, develop joint growth plans, identify new opportunities, and ensure strong commercial and operational performance across markets. The role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders internally and externally.
Drive Digital Partner Growth and Strategy
Identify and evaluate opportunities to expand Pandora's presence across marketplaces and strategic digital partnerships
Develop business cases and value propositions for new partner initiatives and market expansion opportunities
Lead assessments of future operating models and growth opportunities that support incremental revenue while protecting brand equity and profitability
Work closely with cluster and global stakeholders to ensure alignment between partner initiatives and broader commercial objectives
Own market‑level forecasting and commercial performance tracking, including sell‑in, sell‑out, profitability, marketing investments, and performance against approved business cases
Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including marketplaces, agencies, and strategic digital commerce providers
Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial discussions, negotiations, issue resolution, and strategic alignment
Develop and execute joint business plans that drive mutual growth and long‑term partnership success
Monitor partner performance against revenue, profitability, customer acquisition, and operational KPIs
Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews with clear actions, ownership, timelines, and escalation plans
Monitor digital commerce trends, marketplace developments, competitor activity, and emerging partnership models
Analyse customer acquisition trends, commercial performance metrics, and market opportunities to inform recommendations
Develop frameworks and reporting tools that enable data‑driven decision making
Stay ahead of industry developments and translate insights into actionable opportunities for Pandora
Drive launch readiness for new partner initiatives across markets
Coordinate assortment planning, inventory management, fulfilment, content deployment, reporting, and issue resolution activities
Collaborate with Commercial, Merchandising, Operations, Technology, Marketing, Finance, and Legal stakeholders to ensure successful execution
Work closely with technical teams on partner integrations and data flows between Pandora and partner platforms
Support operational optimization initiatives that improve performance, efficiency, and scalability
Act as the key link between global teams, regional clusters, and external partners
Prepare executive updates, business reviews, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
Communicate risks, opportunities, and performance insights in a clear and compelling way
Support and coach cluster stakeholders on best practices for managing and growing digital partner relationships
You are commercially minded, relationship-oriented, and motivated by identifying opportunities that create long‑term value. You enjoy navigating complexity, building alignment across stakeholders, and balancing strategic thinking with operational execution.
You are proactive, collaborative, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast‑moving environment where priorities evolve and growth opportunities emerge quickly.
4+ years of experience within Business Development, E‑commerce, Marketplace Management, Commercial Strategy, Digital Partnerships, or a similar commercial role
Proven experience managing partner relationships and driving commercial growth
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations
Experience working in cross‑functional and international environments
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience engaging with senior decision‑makers
Professional proficiency in English
Experience from fashion, jewellery, consumer goods, retail, marketplaces, or digital commerce environments will be a significant advantage.
