Job summary

Teton is seeking a dedicated Brand Designer to own and evolve our visual identity across our website, presentations and campaigns. You will be embedded in the Product team to deepen understanding of our technology and customers, collaborating with the founders and marketing leadership.

You will shape the brand’s look and feel, create product visuals and design decks for sales, marketing and events, with opportunities to expand into motion and 3D work over time.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of brand design experience.
• Portfolio showing strong typography, layout, colour, illustration and iconography.
• Strong interest in the product and its customers.
• Clear visual storytelling.
• Creative ownership and sound judgment.
• Comfort with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Develop Teton’s visual identity across typography, colour, imagery, illustration and iconography.
• Build a brand that is approachable for a care home leader in Texas, an executive and a family member, while appealing to researchers and engineers in AI.
• Shape the website’s visual design, content hierarchy and imagery, contributing to copy and page structure alongside Marketing.
• Create product visuals that show how Teton works and why it matters.
• Design sales decks and presentations, and templates for Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.
• Design booths and supporting materials for large conferences in the US.
• Brief and direct specialist freelancers for photography, video, animation and 3D; focus is 2D design with room for motion
