Job summary

Teton is seeking a dedicated Brand Designer to take substantial creative ownership. You will develop our visual identity and translate it into the website, campaigns, events and customer materials.

Embedded in the Product team, you will gain deep understanding of our technology, customers and care delivery realities. You will collaborate with design and marketing leads and directly with the founders to shape the brand and its impact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of brand design experience and a portfolio showing typography, layout, colour, illustration and iconography.
• Strong interest in the product and its users, translating insights into design decisions.
• Clear visual storytelling to simplify complex products and ideas.
• Creative ownership with good judgement and ability to align with founders and colleagues.
• Comfort with ambiguity and turning early ideas into concrete work.

Responsibilities

• Develop Teton's visual identity across typography, colour, imagery and iconography.
• Shape the website, decks and conference visuals to ensure a cohesive brand.
• Create product visuals that clearly communicate how Teton works and its value.
• Design sales materials, templates and social content for Marketing, Sales and CS.
• Brief and manage freelancers for photography, video, animation and 3D; contribute 2D design and potentially motion work.
