Job summary

Flying Tiger Copenhagen is seeking a Brand & Creative Manager to own the brand and lead marketing content strategy across multiple markets. You will oversee innovative content production, apply AI solutions, and drive high-quality brand execution through a skilled team.

You will report to the Marketing Director, mentor four creatives, and shape brand expression while ensuring agility and consistency across customer touchpoints. The role is based at the Copenhagen HQ with flexible working options.

Qualifications

• Experience in international in-house marketing roles focused on brand management and content production.
• Strong content creation skills and brand strategy thinking, with ability to work with AI solutions.
• Proven track record in building and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain brand guidelines, visual identity and tone of voice across markets and channels.
• Review and approve creative output to protect brand consistency and integrity.
• Lead in-house and external content teams for digital, in-store and social content.
• Monitor brand health and perception across markets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, commercial teams and agencies to ensure brand consistency.
