• Serve customers per APC’s selling ceremony with courtesy and care.
• Deliver exceptional service by greeting, listening and assisting customers.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and APC heritage to customers.
• Cross- and up-sell across product categories to grow basket size.
• Build a loyal client base and maintain CRM with customer data.
• Support in visual displays, stock levels and store safety.
