Job summary

Shell Low Carbon Solutions Biogas seeks ambitious Technical Graduates for a two-year Emerging Talent Program starting February 2027. You will rotate through Asset Management, Construction and Engineering, gaining hands‑on experience at biogas plants and projects.

The program is based in Odense with opportunities in Aarhus and Støvring, Denmark and beyond. You will be mentored by leaders, build both technical and business acumen, and contribute to sustainable energy transition efforts across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in one of the listed engineering disciplines.
• No more than one year of professional work experience.
• Willingness to travel within Denmark and internationally when required.
• Proficiency in Danish and English.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three 8-month rotations across Asset Management, Construction and Engineering.
• Contribute to operations, project management and design activities at biogas plants.
• Work from multiple locations (Odense, Aarhus, Støvring) and engage with international sites as needed.
• Receive mentoring from experienced leaders and develop technical and business skills.
