Job summary

Shell Low Carbon Solutions Biogas in Denmark seeks a technical professional to lead maintenance programs and drive large-scale improvements across biogas plants. You will work within the Asset Management Technical Support department and report to the Asset Management Technical Support Manager.

The role requires a mechanical or marine engineering background, experience with plant operation and maintenance, and fluency in English and Danish.

Qualifications

Relevant technical background in mechanical or marine engineering and process-plant operation and maintenance.
Experience with maintenance systems and routines.
Fluency in English and Danish.
Ability to plan, prioritise and manage workload independently.
Willingness to travel occasionally to Europe/global markets.

Responsibilities

Identify optimization opportunities for biogas plants to reduce costs and increase capacity.
Lead maintenance programs based on risk assessment and company procedures.
Drive multidisciplinary maintenance and improvement projects across Europe.
Share knowledge with project teams during design of new plants and refurbishments.
Develop systems and processes for workflows and document management.
Support regulatory compliance and contribute to safety and performance culture.
