Qualifications

• Fluency in German and English is required.
• Czech language is a big plus.
• Experience in customer-facing roles or tech-support desirable.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests clearly and comprehensively as a front-line supporter
• Adhere to KPIs for a low response time, backlog and high customer satisfaction
• Communicate feedback and issues from customers within the support team using proper escalation flows
• Provide feedback for process optimization
• Provide the right resolution via phone and email
