Are you ready to play a key role in winning the tenders that give patients access to vital medicines? Join our Copenhagen HQ and help drive Macure Pharma’s tender business to the next level across Europe.
The Role
You will work closely with our existing Tender team rather than carrying the area alone. This is a role to grow into as our pipeline and markets expand, not a finished, fixed job description — what you take on, and how the role develops, will shape up over time, alongside your own interests and strengths.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building business cases and providing strategic, timely pricing and tender analysis on market position.
- Coordinating tender activities end-to-end — from monitoring opportunities through submission to communicating results.
- Input on pricing strategy and input for tender and pipeline products, informed by competitive intelligence on pricing, tender implementation and uptake.
- Gathering and validating market, product and supply chain data to support tender forecasting and competitive analysis.
- Identifying product improvement areas and planning the execution strategy.
- Coordinating internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality tender submissions.
- Working cross-functionally with Regulatory, Business Development, Supply Chain and Launch.
- Driving effective contract management and ensuring contractual obligations are met.
- Identifying and researching upcoming tender opportunities — including new markets’ requirements, processes and risks — in partnership with local colleagues, to support portfolio growth and expansion.
- Developing tools and processes to continuously improve tender efficiency.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of tender requirements and market developments.
Your profile
- University degree in business, law, or similar – experience counts more than titles.
- Experience in tender management, contract management or similar.
- Strong project management and process development skills.
- Highly organized, structured, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in Danish and English (understanding of other Scandinavian languages is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to handling complex data.
- Ability to quickly adapt to and learn new systems, databases, and digital tender platforms, as we work with multiple solutions depending on market and country.
- A team player who can navigate different stakeholders, rules, and markets with ease.
