Job summary

Collen Construction in Copenhagen is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to support pre-construction and bid activities. You will distill complex engineering concepts into clear, attractive documentation for clients.

Join a collaborative bid team, produce high-quality visuals using Adobe Creative Suite, and help shape winning responses across Europe. This role offers hybrid working with opportunities to travel within Europe.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in a professional graphic design environment, ideally with exposure to construction, engineering, infrastructure, or professional services sectors.
• Experience producing professional presentations, proposals, or other corporate design materials is highly desirable.
• Strong English communication skills and ability to distil complex concepts into clear visuals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and finalise high quality bid responses to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with bid stakeholders to extract accurate information for responses.
• Ensure consistency across the bid team and update templates per company guidelines.
• Produce presentations and information for team members to present to clients, using PowerPoint.
• Develop a library of case studies and standard sections for submissions.
• Assist with production of presentations and related documentation for bid handovers.
