Beauty Advisor for Loewe Fragrances

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated fragrance Beauty Advisor to provide our customers with exceptional and personalized experience at the fragrance area in department stores in central Copenhagen.

As a key representative of a portfolio of prestigious fragrance brands, you will create exceptional customer experiences through personalized fragrance consultations and outstanding service. Combining your passion for luxury fragrances with strong sales skills, you will guide clients in discovering scents that suit their individual preferences while building lasting customer relationships.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales across Loewe’s exclusive fragrances and ensuring that the brand is presented according to the highest standards of luxury retail.

Key responsibilities

• You will welcome clients with professionalism and enthusiasm, providing personalized fragrance consultations and using storytelling to bring each brand’s heritage, craftsmanship, and unique identity to life.
• Your expertise and commercial mindset will help you achieve and exceed sales targets through cross-selling, upselling, and the promotion of new launches and exclusive collections across the fragrance portfolio.
• You will actively build customer loyalty and create memorable in-store experiences that encourage repeat visits.
• You will maintain a premium presentation of the fragrance area, support visual merchandising activities, and ensure stock levels are managed efficiently.
• Operational tasks such as handling transactions, inventory management, and following brand and store guidelines will also form part of your daily responsibilities.

Who are you?

• The ideal candidate has experience in luxury retail, preferably within fragrance, beauty, or premium lifestyle brands.
• You are a strong communicator with a passion for customer service and sales, and you enjoy creating engaging and memorable experiences for clients.
• You have a professional appearance, a proactive attitude, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
• Experience working with multiple brands or product categories is an advantage, as is a genuine interest in the world of luxury fragrances.
