Job summary

Teton in Copenhagen is seeking a strong backend engineer to scale our core infrastructure powering the platform. You will work across distributed data ingestion, real-time pipelines, APIs, storage, and cloud deployment to deliver reliable services used by care teams.

The role requires ownership, hands-on coding, and collaboration in a fast-moving team. Expect to travel to the US occasionally and to contribute to building software healthcare professionals rely on daily.

Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale backend or distributed systems.
• Designing reliable real-time data pipelines.
• Working with event-driven architectures and asynchronous systems.
• Scaling APIs and services handling high-throughput workloads.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale backend infrastructure for the platform.
• Design and maintain real-time data pipelines.

• Manage MQTT infrastructure and edge communication.
