Job summary

Event Staffing is seeking an experienced Back-End Developer in Esbjerg to design, build, and maintain the server-side of web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with front-end teams to integrate interfaces with robust back-end logic and ensure scalable, high-performance systems.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in CS and hands-on experience with Java, Python or Ruby, plus databases such as MySQL or MongoDB. AWS or Google Cloud experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven work experience as a Back-End Developer.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Python or Ruby.
• Experience with databases such as MySQL or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with front-end languages like HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Experience working with cloud services like AWS or Google Cloud Platform is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain the server-side of our web and mobile applications.
• Write clean, efficient and scalable code using appropriate programming languages, frameworks and libraries.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Ensure high performance and responsiveness of the applications.
• Troubleshoot and debug any issues that arise in the development process.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies in back-end development and suggest improvements for current systems.
