Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Back-End Developer to join our fast-paced and dynamic team in Aalborg. As a Back-End Developer you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the server-side of our web applications. Your primary focus will be ensuring high performance and responsiveness of our applications as well as collaborating with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and maintain efficient and reusable server-side code
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements
• Troubleshoot debug and upgrade existing systems
• Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in back-end development

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Back-End Developer or similar role
• Strong experience with programming languages such as Java Python or Ruby on Rails
• Proficient understanding of server-side templating languages such as Jade EJS etc
• Familiarity with database design principles and SQL databases eg MySQL
• Experience working with front-end technologies like HTMLCSSJavaScript is a plus
• Good understanding of security principles and how they apply to web development
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Salary

This position offers a competitive salary of 1100$ per month

Location

This position is based in Aalborg Denmark

Candidates must either have the right to work in Denmark or be able to obtain a valid work visa
