Job summary

Framna ApS in Copenhagen, Denmark, seeks a Copywriter and Content Lead to shape Framna's voice across channels and lead social media content. You will combine editorial strategy with hands‑on writing for case studies, articles, website copy and campaigns.

You will work closely with the Art Director and cross‑functional teams to develop campaigns, maintain the tone of voice, and leverage AI tools to enhance writing while ensuring accuracy and clarity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in creative agencies or marketing departments.
• Excellent written English with ability to adapt tone for different audiences and channels.
• Experience in content strategy and how content supports brand awareness and buyers' journey.
• Proven experience using AI tools in the writing process.
• Ability to organize workload and deliver consistently across several projects.

Responsibilities

• Own the editorial calendar across our markets, setting priorities and coordinating what gets published.
• Collaborate with colleagues and partners to turn expertise into relevant content.
• Write social media copy for Framna and colleagues sharing their expertise.
• Write and edit thought leadership articles, website copy, offering pages, newsletters and campaigns.
• Develop campaign concepts with the Art Director and support commercial teams with pitches and sales materials.
• Maintain Framna's tone of voice through editing, feedback and practical guidance.
• Develop AI prompts and workflows for writing and editing with accuracy and Framna's voice.
• Review content performance and use learnings to improve future content.
