Job summary

Nitor Energy is seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist to own and operate our cloud-based IT environment from Aarhus. You will drive direction, manage cloud infrastructure, and enable secure, scalable services for a growing business.

As part of a small IT team, you will own tasks from identity management and endpoint policy to network design and incident response, while continuously improving our infrastructure and your own expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure (Azure) in a hands-on role.
• Ability to take ownership and make independent technical decisions.
• Strong IAM knowledge with Entra ID or similar.
• Experience managing endpoints and device policies (Intune).
• Solid networking knowledge and experience in a cloud environment (DNS, routing, firewalls, VPN).
• Practical security operations experience (incident handling, monitoring).
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
• Ability to automate tasks with PowerShell or scripting.
• Understanding of NIST, NIS2, ISO 27001, GDPR.

Responsibilities

• Operate our cloud-only IT infrastructure ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
• Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 environment including Entra ID and Intune.
• Manage endpoints, identities, and access controls across the organization.
• Design, implement and maintain networking solutions in the cloud.
• Monitor systems and respond to incidents, including security events.
• Implement and maintain security controls aligning with standards (NIS2, NIST, GDPR).
• Automate and standardize infrastructure and operations.
• Collaborate with teams to support evolving IT needs.
• Drive continuous improvement of tooling and ways of working.
• Provide day-to-day IT operations and end-user support, including walk-up support.
