Job summary

Nitor Energy seeks an IT Infrastructure Specialist to own our cloud-based IT environment from Aarhus. You’ll operate and improve infrastructure, make technical decisions, and drive direction within your domain while ensuring reliability and security.

You’ll work with a small IT team, manage Azure cloud resources, Microsoft 365, and endpoints, and implement automation and security controls to support a fast-growing trading operation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to take ownership and act independently.
• Strong IAM knowledge with Entra ID and device policies (Intune).
• Networking fundamentals in the cloud (DNS, VPNs, firewalls).
• Security operations including incident handling and monitoring.
• Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Automation skills (PowerShell or similar).
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (NIST, NIS2, ISO 27001, GDPR).

Responsibilities

• Operate cloud-only IT infrastructure ensuring high availability and security.
• Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 environment (Entra ID, Intune).
• Manage endpoints, identities, and access controls across the organization.
• Design, implement, and maintain networking solutions (cloud networking, firewalls, VPN).
• Monitor systems and respond to incidents, including security events.
• Automate and standardize infrastructure and operational processes.
• Collaborate with teams to support evolving IT needs.
• Drive continuous improvement of infrastructure, tooling, and ways of working.
