Job summary

Accuro ApS seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead an AWS migration program, coordinating across security, network, identity, and operations for wave-based migrations. You will drive planning, governance, and risk management to ensure secure, cost-aware delivery.

The role requires hands-on experience with AWS migration patterns, data and file migrations, and end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams. This is a hybrid Denmark-based assignment with defined waves and readiness gates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a PM leading cloud/infrastructure migration projects with multiple technical workstreams and controlled cutovers.
• Strong track record in stakeholder management, governance, and execution discipline (RAID, integrated plans, decision logs, steering materials).
• Experience coordinating delivery across security, identity/access, networking, platform ops, and application/data owners.
• Hands-on experience with migration wave planning, readiness gating, go/no-go governance, and hypercare/operational handover.
• Working knowledge of AWS migration patterns and services relevant to the program (DataSync/DMS patterns, validation/reconciliation, rollback).

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated project plan, delivery cadence, milestones, and dependencies across data & storage migrations and related workstreams.
• Establish and run governance forums and maintain RAID logs to drive mitigation/decision-making.
• Define and manage migration wave planning (sequencing, entry/exit criteria, go/no-go).
• Ensure migration readiness (connectivity, identity/access, prerequisites, performance needs).
• Coordinate cutover planning and execution across teams including downtime planning and stakeholder approvals.
• Plan and manage hypercare and smooth handover into steady-state operations.
