Job summary

Satair A/S in Copenhagen is seeking a Student Assistant (15-20 hours per week, flexible with your study schedule) to join our Export Control & Customs department in Kastrup.

You will join a dynamic international team of 10, where you will contribute to data handling, Google Sheets updates, supplier contact, master data, and reporting. The start date is flexible; the role offers hands-on training and exposure to aviation compliance.

Qualifications

• You are enrolled as a student.
• Preferably an experienced user within Google Suite.
• Structured and analytical mindset.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Independent team player who can identify tasks and assist where needed.

Responsibilities

• Support Export Control & Customs team in Copenhagen with data handling and updating Google Sheets.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
• Handle supplier contact & follow-up.
• Compile Master data on products and export control classifications.
• Perform master data cleaning and data uploads.
• Prepare files for data upload and report on team objectives.
• Provide ad hoc support to the team.
