Job summary

GT Motive is seeking an Automotive Technical Clerk to provide high-quality service to customers in Sweden, supporting fleet management. You will work in a fully remote setup with a collaborative team across Europe.

Ideal candidates have automotive/electro-mechanical training, Swedish language at C1/C2, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools. The role emphasizes accurate documentation and proactive communication with workshops.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication with drivers for workshop appointments.
• Prepare quotations and compare quotes from customers.
• Consult repair times using available tools and provide mechanical guidance.
• Record and check vehicle histories in the database and manage fleets.
• Communicate with workshops to resolve daily incidents.

You will join as an Automotive Technical Clerk, and your main mission will be to provide a high quality service to our customers in Sweden, assisting them in the management of their vehicle fleets.

What You Will Do:

• Communication with drivers for the management of appointments in workshops.
• Preparation of quotations.
• Contrasting the quotes provided by customers in their enquiries.
• Consultation of references and repair times in the different computer tools available.
• Mechanical advice on enquiries received.
• Checking and recording in the vehicle database (repair history).
• Management of the vehicle fleet according to the manufacturer's maintenance schedule.
• Communication with the workshops through the available channels to solve possible daily incidents.

What You Bring:

• Intermediate or advanced automotive or electro-mechanical training.
• Previous experience in the automotive sector is an advantage.
• SwedishC1/C2 is essential.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, mainly Excel, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint.
