Job summary

Eficode is seeking an Atlassian Solution Architect to shape the future of software delivery for enterprise customers. You will design scalable DevOps platforms and lead migrations to Atlassian Cloud, while integrating GitHub, GitLab, and ServiceNow across the SDLC.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive AI-powered development discussions, and mentor colleagues in a dynamic, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting, solution architecture, or customer-facing technical roles.
• Experience with cloud technologies and enterprise environments.
• Proven track record with Atlassian Cloud administration, migrations, and integrations in modern DevOps ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of software development practices, CI/CD, DevOps and platform engineering; experience with scripting/automation.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Proactive, consultative, and collaborative mindset; able to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Curiosity about emerging technologies, including AI-assisted development and intelligent automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and design enterprise-scale Atlassian solutions across Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management.
• Act as technical lead for migrations from Atlassian Server/Data Center to Atlassian Cloud.
• Design customised integrations within modern DevOps toolchains (GitHub, GitLab, ServiceNow).
• Help customers modernise their SDLC through automation, AI-assisted workflows, and platform engineering best practices.
• Support customers in adopting modern ways of working across Agile, Service Management and DevOps.
• Build advanced automations and customisations using Forge, Groovy, Python, or JavaScript.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Eficode teams across Cloud, AI, DevOps, and Managed Services.
• Share knowledge internally and mentor junior consultants.
