Job summary

JD Sports Germany & Austria in Aarhus is seeking a Store Supervisor who will assist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, taking ownership of key duties and helping to achieve store KPIs.

You will lead and train a team, support recruitment and inductions, monitor the store dashboard, ensure accurate pricing and presentation, and drive exceptional customer service on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading and motivating a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• IT skills – Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in day-to-day running of the store.
• Take ownership of duties and help achieve KPIs.
