Job summary

Qualifications

  • Strong competences in flow simulations and thermal modelling.
  • Experience using Computational Fluid Dynamics and thermal models as design support tools.
  • Familiarity with Ansys and OpenFOAM and applying them to thermal systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and carry out research in electronics cooling and thermal-fluid design methods.
  • Contribute to teaching at bachelor’s and master’s level.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners on projects and funding applications.
  • Co-design power modules with thermal, electrical, and mechanical considerations.
  • Develop and validate thermal and fluid-dynamics models for early-stage screening and optimisation.
  • Publish research in journals and present at conferences.
