Job summary

MapleGroves in Horsens, Denmark is seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to lead a team of architects in the design and construction of diverse projects. You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high-quality standards while guiding junior staff and integrating new technologies.

The role demands strong leadership, deep knowledge of building codes, and proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM tools, and Adobe Creative Suite. This is a full-time on-site position with a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Proven experience as Architecture Manager or similar in construction.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and construction processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication with clients, contractors and team.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of architects in the development and execution of architectural plans.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure that designs meet their needs.
• Monitor progress of projects and ensure they are completed within budget and timeline.
• Review and approve architectural plans specifications and drawings.
• Conduct site visits to ensure construction is following proposed plans.
• Provide guidance to junior architects on technical issues and problem-solving.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to incorporate into designs.
• Oversee project budgets contracts and schedules.
