As an Architecture Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and development of various architectural projects in the city of Horsens. Your main duties will include leading a team of architects, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of architects and provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality project deliverables.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop architectural solutions that meet their requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure that construction plans are executed accurately and efficiently.
• Oversee budgeting and cost control for projects, ensuring that expenses are within established limits.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction.
• Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Develop relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other industry professionals to keep up-to-date on new products, materials and techniques.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or related field; professional certification preferred.
