Job summary

EcoFarm Solutions in Roskilde, Denmark, seeks an Architecture Manager to oversee design and construction projects on a contract basis. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and drive projects from concept through construction, ensuring budget and schedule adherence.

The role requires a degree in Architecture (or related field) with 5+ years of experience, strong leadership, and fluency in English. Visa sponsorship is offered; a Denmark arrival ticket is provided, but accommodation is not

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Strong knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, regulations and construction methods.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of architects, engineers and designers to ensure successful completion of projects within budget and timeline.
Develop project plans, budgets and schedules.
Oversee the design process from concept development to construction completion.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative design solutions.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations and safety standards.
Review project proposals, contracts and change orders.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders.
