Job summary

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in architecture, at least 3 years of experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. A strong portfolio and excellent communication skills are essential for client presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous projects.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations and construction methods.
• Excellent communication skills for client presentations and team collaboration.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and preferences
• Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
• Create detailed architectural drawings using CAD or other software
• Develop design concepts that meet functional aesthetic and budgetary requirements
• Present design proposals to clients and incorporate feedback into final designs
• Coordinate with engineers and contractors to ensure designs are feasible and within regulations
• Stay updated on industry trends materials and technologies for innovative design solutions
