Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design with a focus on project management.
• Strong leadership skills to manage a team.
• Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations and construction processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural software.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Biometric passport preferred.
• Experience working with accommodation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the architectural design process for projects ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with project teams including architects, engineers, contractors and clients to develop creative and innovative design solutions.
• Develop project timelines and budgets, monitor progress and ensure adherence to deadlines and budget constraints.
• Conduct site visits to assess progress and provide guidance to project teams.
• Review project plans and drawings to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations and client requirements.
• Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on technical issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and new technologies in architectural design.
