Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a 15-operator team across a three-shift setup.
• Drive daily production performance and ensure operational excellence in quality, delivery, and safety.
• Advance LEAN practices and engage the team in improvement initiatives.
• Ensure GMP and EHS compliance in all activities.
• Collaborate with peers and senior leadership to grow the department as volumes rise.
• Be a visible role model for safety and continuous improvement on the shop floor.
