Job summary

Lunar ApS in Aarhus is hiring an Android Engineer to join Squad Pace, building features in a modern Kotlin stack with Jetpack Compose. You will own features from commit to production, collaborating with Design, iOS, Backend, Web, Product, and Data teams across a ~130-module codebase.

You’ll ship fast, craft delightful UI, and help bring AI-driven experiences to Nordic users. We value curiosity, collaboration, and a hands-on approach to building beautiful, performant mobile apps in a scaling

Qualifications

• Passion for Android and building beautiful, intuitive UI.
• Android experience; not necessarily senior, eager to learn.
• Strong Kotlin fundamentals with Jetpack Compose eagerness.
• Collaborative mindset; communicates clearly.
• Drive to grow, take ownership, and improve craft.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship features in a Jetpack Compose app from first commit to production.
• Craft UI in collaboration with Design using Matter design system across languages.
• Work with Kotlin stack: Coroutines & Flow, Hilt, Room, Retrofit.
• Collaborate daily with iOS, Backend, Web, Product, Design, and Data.
• Move fast, iterate, learn from failures, avoid slowing progress.
• Explore AI integration in code with a supportive culture.
