Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) is seeking an Analyst to join our Talent team in Copenhagen. The Talent Analytics & AI Analyst will enable data-driven talent decisions and support senior stakeholders with analytics, reporting, and AI-enabled insights.
The role offers 20-25 hours per week during studies with potential to convert to a full-time Associate after graduation. You’ll work with Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint to enhance people analytics and organisational effectiveness.

You will join the Talent team, responsible for how CIP attracts, develops and engages the people who drive our long-term success. The team combines people expertise, analytics, technology, and emerging AI capabilities to support strategic talent decisions and enable a high-performing organisation. The team's work spans talent attraction, onboarding, leadership and employee development, performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, and people analytics, ensuring CIP has the talent and capabilities needed to support its continued growth.
As a Talent Analytics & AI Analyst in the Talent team, you will play a key role in enabling data-driven talent and workforce decisions through analytical insights, reporting solutions, and decision materials for senior stakeholders. You will work closely with colleagues across Talent and the broader business on initiatives spanning people analytics, AI, technology, and organisational effectiveness.

The position is approximately 20-25 hours per week alongside your studies, with full flexibility around exam periods. Top performing Analysts may receive an offer to join us as full-time Associate upon graduation.
We are looking for a high-performing, analytical, and intellectually curious student with strong academic credentials, proficient Excel and PowerPoint skills, a keen interest in the People space and people analytics, and a demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality work.
You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Psychology, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. Previous experience from consulting, finance, analytics, research, student organisations, or similar analytical environments is an advantage.
