We are currently looking for Analysts to join our Solutions team in the Investor Relations & Business Development department at CIP’s HQ in Copenhagen.***Team**The Investor Relations & Business Development (IR & BD) team is responsible for all investor-facing activities and business development – from product and fund design to fundraising, onboarding, and servicing investors. The team is international and diverse, comprising about 75 professionals from backgrounds such as investment banking, management consulting, and law, based in nine offices across Europe, North America, Asia, and Australia.The Solutions team works closely with Business Development in designing, structuring and funding innovative bespoke investment solutions for CIP's clients and prospects. The team is focused on engaging with large and sophisticated investors who require investment solutions beyond traditional closed-ended fund commitments. These solutions include separately managed accounts, carve-outs, levered structures and multi-strategy vehicles. The team also works closely with the CIP balance sheet to coordinate allocation of GP capital to new investment solutions.**Role**In the Solutions team, your key work areas will include:* Analyzing potential investment structures to create innovative solutions for CIP investors and prospects* Creating client-facing and internal material on specific solutions and the fundraising progress related to these solutions* Work with regional Capital Formation (fundraising) teams on the needs related to investment solutions for their region* Manage processes that span across CIP teams, including Business Development and the CIP balance sheet team, to deliver solutions that require a cross-functional coordinationThe position is part-time and based in our headquarters in NordØ. The workload will vary depending on the number of projects you are working on, and you will be given the opportunity to shape your daily routine and schedule.**You**We generally expect that you are in your last semester of your Bachelor or first semester of your Masters, studying Economics, Business, Finance / Economics, Mathematics, Actuarial Mathematics, Law, or any other relevant field. High potential candidates who are earlier in their studies or come from other academic fields may be considered. Key is that you are willing to learn, have an interest in the energy market, private equity and investor space, and have solid PowerPoint and Excel skills.
