Job summary

Norwegian Group is seeking an Operations Service Agent at Copenhagen Airport (CPH). Based at CPH, you will coordinate internal departments and third-party suppliers to keep everyone informed about the daily operation.

You will communicate with flight crews via VHF or ACARS to ensure they receive all necessary information for arrivals and departures at CPH, report daily operational statistics in real time, and adapt to changing operational needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in an operations role within aviation/travel industry.
• Good understanding of airline/airport operations.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with individuals and groups, ensuring effective flow of information in terms of awareness and understanding.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all internal departments and external third-party suppliers are kept informed on the status of the daily operation.
• Maintaining communications with flight crew, through VHF or ACARS to ensure they have all required information for arriving / departing CPH.
• Ensuring proper loading instructions and final figures are created and sent.
• Contributing to continuous improvement, e.g. sharing improvement ideas and help implementing solutions.
• Supporting colleagues by sharing best practices and helping them when needed.
• This job description is not limiting in comparison to other duties, as the Company may consider other duties appropriate to post the position on a permanent or temporary basis.
• Based at CPH Airport but some travel may be required to support operations around the network.
