All Gravy is hiring an AI Video Editor to join the Marketing team. You will convert scripts and clips into compelling 20–45 second video ads within days, not weeks, leveraging an AI-first editing pipeline.

You’ll own generation, rough cuts, motion graphics, and final polish, collaborating with our Video Producer to ship 3–5 creatives weekly. The role requires 3+ years of editing experience, deep familiarity with AI video tools, and a passion for pushing faster workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience.
• Experience with AI video tools and workflows.
• Ability to deliver 3–5 ad creatives per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 3–5 video ad creatives per week (20–45 seconds each).
• Build out and optimize AI stack and templates.
• Create AI-driven workflows: generation, rough cuts, motion graphics, versioning, resizing.
• Polish final edits with hooks, pacing, sound, captions, and brand alignment.
• Test new AI tools and integrate faster tools into workflow.
