Job summary

All Gravy is hiring an AI Video Editor to join the Marketing team. You will convert scripts and clips into compelling 20–45 second video ads within days, not weeks, leveraging an AI-first editing pipeline.

You’ll own generation, rough cuts, motion graphics, and final polish, collaborating with our Video Producer to ship 3–5 creatives weekly. The role requires 3+ years of editing experience, deep familiarity with AI video tools, and a passion for pushing faster workflows.

AI has already changed how video gets made. Fewer timelines, more prompts. We're building an AI-first production engine that ships high-performing ads, customer testimonials, product releases, office vlogs, video podcasts and tons of other cuts. We're looking for an editor who does all of it in days, instead of weeks or months - because AI is now core to your workflow. You know editing. You know color, pacing, rhythm, sound effects, music, hooks. Now you're all in on making AI tools, agents and MCPs do the heavy lifting, so you can ship 10x more and spend your time on the parts that make the video work. The mission

All Gravy is the frontline operating system. One platform for everything from comms to learning to handbooks and checklists, with built-in AI. Think WhatsApp meets Duolingo meets Claude for frontline workers. Used daily by brands like GAIL's, Dishoom, 7-Eleven, and Honest Burgers.

We're growing 3x year-over-year, backed by Moonfire, Scale Capital, and operators who've built billion-dollar companies. We are now closing fresh funding. We're hiring, scaling fast, and the best is yet to come.

The role

You’ll join the Marketing team as our AI Video Editor, working alongside our Video Producer. You get the scripts and the clips. You turn that into gold in a day or two.

What you own

• Delivering 3-5 video ad creatives per week (20-45 seconds each)
• Building out and getting the most out of our current AI stack: Higgsfield, Claude, Hyperframes, Remotion and Viktor
• Building workflows where AI does most of the work: generation, rough cuts, motion graphics, versioning, resizing
• The final polish: hook, pacing, sound, captions and brand. This is where your editing craft makes the difference. Attention to detail, good taste, graphic design chops is absolutely crucial.
• Testing new AI tools every week and pushing the ones that make us faster into our workflow

What you'll build

• An AI-powered editing pipeline that goes from script to tested ad variants in days, not weeks
• A library of Remotion/Hyperframes templates and reusable assets
• Automations and MCP workflows that cut hours of manual editing down to minutes
• A way of making video that most teams won't figure out for another two years

You’ll thrive here if you

• Have 3+ years of professional video editing experience. You learned the craft the traditional way - freelancer, influencer, creator or agency owner is a big plus.
• Have gone all in on AI. You use AI video tools, Claude and MCPs in your daily work, not just for fun
• Are curious to the point of obsession. Not just a little. Not just dipping toes. Knees deep.
• Have the taste to spot the 1 good generation out of 20, and the skills to polish it.
• Are comfortable with code-based video like Remotion or Hyperframes, and know how to produce high-end motion graphics with it, or similar setup.
• Understand the playing field of the one-second economy. You edit for the first frame, the hook, the conversion
• Understand that speed comes from few revisions. You self-correct, spot mistakes, fix early, so no feedback is needed on basic stuff.
• Care more about impact than applause. You want your work to perform and to help build a big company
• Speak and write excellent English - we’re scaling across the UK, US, Nordics, and beyond
