All Gravy is building an AI-first production engine that ships high-performing ads, customer testimonials, product releases, office vlogs, video podcasts and more. We’re hiring an AI Video Editor to join the Marketing team and turn scripts and clips into gold in days, not weeks.

You’ll own 3–5 video ads per week (20–45 seconds each), optimize our AI stack (Higgsfield, Claude, Hyperframes, Remotion, Viktor) and deliver fast, polished edits with hooks, pacing and captions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience.
• Proficiency with AI video tools and workflows.
• Experience with Remotion or Hyperframes or similar motion graphics workflows.
• Ability to deliver 3-5 video ads per week (20–45 seconds each).
• Strong taste and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Delivering 3-5 video ad creatives per week (20-45 seconds each).
• Building out and getting the most out of our current AI stack: Higgsfield, Claude, Hyperframes, Remotion and Viktor.
• Building workflows where AI does most of the work: generation, rough cuts, motion graphics, versioning, resizing.
• The final polish: hook, pacing, sound, captions and brand.
• Testing new AI tools every week and pushing the ones that make us faster into our workflow.
