Tactile, a leading Danish game studio based in Copenhagen, is hiring a Senior Technical Artist to bridge art and engineering. You’ll build scalable tools, pipelines, and workflows, enabling faster, higher-quality content creation while exploring AI-assisted solutions and asset production improvements.
You will collaborate with artists and engineers, ensure assets are optimized, and contribute to progressive production practices in a vibrant, diverse, on-site Copenhagen team.
It’s an exciting time to join Tactile. We're a diverse team of storytellers, puzzle enthusiasts, and casual mobile game creators. Our story began in 2008 in the heart of beautiful Copenhagen, and since then, we have experienced continuous growth, establishing ourselves as one of the largest gaming companies in Denmark. In more recent years, we have been scaling fast, in large part thanks to the success of a little game called Lily’s Garden . Now we’re on a mission to solidify our position as one of the leaders in creating out-of-the-ordinary casual puzzle games. With more than 350 talented individuals, we are a mix of over 50 nationalities and 43% women. We truly appreciate the richness of different experiences and perspectives that Tactilers bring to the game. This is why we foster a lean organisational culture, in which each individual is encouraged to take responsibility, be open, and grow in their own way. We pride ourselves on cultivating a studio environment that avoids crunch, fosters your skills regardless of your discipline, and provides a space for you to be creative alongside other passionate and invested storytellers.
We are currently growing our technology capabilities and are looking for a Technical Artist to help shape the future of content creation and production workflows across our games.
The impact that you'll have on the team's success is that you will act as the bridge between art and engineering, helping us build scalable tools, pipelines, and workflows that enable our teams to create high-quality content faster and more efficiently. You'll play a key role in exploring and implementing AI-assisted solutions, improving our asset creation processes, and ensuring our games continue to meet the technical and visual standards our players expect.
This role is based on-site in our beautiful Copenhagen office. We offer full relocation support to those coming from outside of Denmark.
We are thorough in our hiring process, as it's essential to us that we select new Tactilers carefully - just as it is vital to ensure that we are the right place for you.
We want to ensure you have a great candidate experience whilst in our recruitment process. We will do everything within reason to ensure that your interview takes place in an environment that fairly and accurately assesses your skills. If you need assistance or accommodation, please let us know.
