As AI Execution Manager, you will help shape how AI transforms Research & Development at Novo. Working at the intersection of science, digital innovation and business execution, you will partner with senior leaders, researchers and technology teams to turn strategic priorities into high-impact initiatives that create measurable value. Your work will accelerate the pace at which AI and digital capabilities translate into progress for people living with serious chronic diseases.

What you'll bring

• An advanced degree (Master's or PhD preferred) in life sciences, providing the scientific foundation to engage confidently with experts across Research & Development.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to bring structure to ambiguity, shape complex initiatives and connect scientific and technical opportunities with broader organisational priorities.
• A proven track record of leading high-impact initiatives, influencing senior stakeholders and building alignment across complex matrix organisations to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Strong digital and AI understanding, including appreciation of how technology products and capabilities are developed, implemented and scaled within large organisations.
• A demonstrated understanding of how large pharmaceutical or life sciences organisations operate, with experience working across scientific, technical and business functions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with scientific, technical and executive audiences.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Experience from management consulting, digital transformation or a related strategic advisory environment.
• Direct experience in pharmaceutical or biotech R&D settings.

• Build alignment across senior stakeholders and drive complex initiatives through to successful delivery in a global matrix organisation.

You will join the AI Execution team within AI & Digital Innovation, part of Research & Development. The team partners across R&D, from target discovery through to clinical development, to identify, shape and deliver high-impact initiatives that create measurable value. Working across science, technology and business, your team helps transform ambitious ideas into tangible organisational impact.

Your closest partners will include senior scientific and business leaders across R&D, technology and digital teams, and external partners. You will work across functions and organisational levels, bringing different perspectives together to build alignment and move initiatives forward with clarity and pace.

Salary:

For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 742,600.00 to 1,091,600.00 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position. The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate's skills, competencies, knowledge and relevant experience.
