GEA Group seeks a Digital Data Assistant to support the Digital Channels team within Group Communications and Brand. This hands-on student role focuses on turning data into insight, building Power BI reports, and exploring AI for smarter reporting and automation.

Based in the Copenhagen area, the position is 15 hours per week with an October 1, 2026 start. You will join an international team and collaborate across channels while growing your data skills.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a relevant degree program with analytical focus.
• Comfortable working with Excel and building basic analytics.
• Willingness to learn Power BI, Databricks and other data tools.
• Some Python experience for data tasks and automation is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist with collecting, structuring, analyzing and visualizing data from digital platforms.
• Help build and improve Power BI reports for clear performance insights.
• Learn how data is prepared and maintained in Databricks.
• Explore AI use cases for analysis, automation and knowledge discovery.
• Turn data into actionable insights to evaluate campaigns and channel performance.
• Contribute ideas to improve reporting processes and data quality.
