Tether is seeking an AI Harness Engineer to design, implement, and optimize P2P-based AI integrations within a globally distributed team. You will enable local AI capabilities, push QVAC to new levels, and build scalable, secure data tools for varied model types.

You will deliver features and fixes focused on reliability, performance, and user satisfaction, while maintaining modular, testable code and reusable npm modules.

Qualificações

• 5+ years building production software with deep experience in P2P systems or AI tooling.
