Job summary

Skatteguiden is hiring a Head of IT to build and lead AI-native IT operations. You will own the IT function end-to-end, with mandate, tools, and backing to automate heavily. You will ensure secure data handling and privacy while enabling scalable AI-enabled workflows across the company.

As the IT leader, you’ll direct identity and access, endpoints and devices, network and security controls, and day-to-day ops. You’ll partner with DevOps and Legal for responsible AI use.

Qualifications

• Experience building AI-native IT operations
• Strong automation and integration skills
• Solid hands-on IT across infrastructure, endpoints and security
• Experience with Microsoft Entra, Intune and Microsoft 365

Responsibilities

• Own IT end-to-end and drive security-focused configurations
• Lead identity, access, endpoints, and network design
• Manage day-to-day IT operations, onboarding and offboarding
• Collaborate with DevOps and security teams to define AI usage across the company
