Skatteguiden is seeking a Head of IT to own and evolve our AI-native IT operations. You will architect and automate the IT stack, from identity and endpoints to security. The role focuses on building trusted, scalable IT that can securely connect systems with minimal manual admin.

You will lead a hands-on team, drive automation, and partner with DevOps. You bring solid infrastructure, security know-how, and a passion for scalable, AI-driven IT operations in a fast-growing fintech context.

Qualifications

• AI-first mindset and hands-on IT leadership.
• Strong automation and integration experience.
• Solid security and privacy mindset in an IT ops context.
• Experience across infrastructure, endpoints, identity and security.

Responsabilités

• Own IT end-to-end, including identity, endpoints, hardware and network.
• Lead automation initiatives and AI-driven IT operations.
• Define security controls and privacy-compliant configurations.
