Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S in Bagsværd, Denmark seeks an AI Finance Partner to shape how Finance HQ and IR use AI to drive smarter decisions. You will identify opportunities, lead AI use cases and deliver scalable tools with strong governance and stakeholder collaboration.

Joining the BI & EA Team, you will bridge CoEs with Finance and IR, drive adoption through coaching, and ensure alignment with Novo’s governance requirements while delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

Master's degree in business, finance, economics, data science, information systems, engineering or a related field.
At least two years of experience in business partnering, digital transformation, finance, analytics, consulting, product ownership or AI adoption.
Solid understanding of FP&A toolbox: planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance management and reporting.

Responsibilities

Identify, prioritise and shape AI opportunities with a roadmap linked to clear business outcomes.
Lead use cases from problem definition through prototyping, testing, implementation and adoption.
Build and maintain a repository of practical AI tools—prompts, agents, skills and workflows.
