Job summary

Valmet Tissue is seeking an experienced AI Enablement Lead to drive AI-enabled business transformation across our tissue business. You will develop and execute the Tissue AI enablement roadmap, identify high-value opportunities, build business cases, and coordinate AI projects across functions to deliver measurable value.

The role focuses on Commercial Excellence, Sales, Service, and Business Analytics, with potential expansion to engineering, supply chain, and operations.

Qualifications

8+ years in Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, Business Transformation, Digital Transformation, or related fields.
Experience leading cross-functional change initiatives.
Strong understanding of commercial processes & business performance drivers.
Exposure to AI, analytics, automation, or digital technologies.

Responsibilities

Drive AI-enabled business transformation across Tissue.
Develop and execute the Tissue AI enablement roadmap.
Identify high-value AI opportunities to improve performance.
Build business cases and track value from AI initiatives.
Prioritize and coordinate AI projects across functions.
Promote scalable and reusable AI solutions across the organization.
Improve sales productivity and support opportunity management, forecasting, pricing, and proposals.
Lead adoption & change through AI Champions network and training.
