About the Role

As our AI Developer / Product Owner, you will play a key role in making AI real across the organization.

You will take ownership of AI solutions throughout their full lifecycle, from early idea and use case definition to development, deployment, maintenance, and eventual decommissioning. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will turn needs into practical, secure, and measurable AI solutions that create real business value.

This is a hands‑on role where you combine technical execution with product ownership. You build, test, improve, and maintain solutions while ensuring they remain aligned with business goals, compliance requirements, and long‑term sustainability.

At the same time, you act as a connector between business and technology. You help colleagues understand how AI can support their daily work, create momentum around AI adoption, and ensure solutions are built with the right balance of speed, quality, and governance.

We believe you:

• Have hands‑on experience building AI‑driven solutions, prototypes, or internal tools
• Have strong prompting skills and experience using AI tools to create agents, workflows, and automations
• Are comfortable working with modern AI tooling, including low‑code/no‑code and orchestration platforms such as n8n or similar
• Understand how to take a use case from idea to working solution
• Thrive in a fast‑paced environment and balance innovation with stability and risk control

It is a strong plus if you also have:

• Understanding of AI governance, compliance, and responsible AI
• Experience working across business, AI, and technical teams
• Familiarity with cloud‑based AI services and platforms
• Exposure to lightweight scripting such as Python or JavaScript
• Experience from retail, QSR, or multi‑unit operations
