Job summary

GN Store Nord A/S seeks an AI Developer to design, build, and deploy autonomous agents, generative AI tools, and intelligent systems. You will collaborate across GN to translate use cases into practical, scalable capabilities that support colleagues and enhance workflows.

You will contribute to multi-step agentic workflows, retrieval systems, and evaluation frameworks, while exploring new AI frameworks to inform GN’s ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Experience with Python and modern AI/LLM toolchains.
• Familiarity with retrieval systems, data workflows, and evaluation methods.
• Ability to translate use cases into practical capabilities.
• Experience with cloud environments and MLops considerations.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.

In the role of AI Developer in the Digital Incubation & AI team, you will design, build, and deploy multi-step autonomous agents, generative AI tools, and intelligent systems.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

• Design and implement multi-step agentic workflows, autonomous systems, and generative AI solutions integrated with business tools and platforms
• Develop and optimise machine-learning pipelines, retrieval systems, and evaluation frameworks that support reliable and responsible AI use
• Partner with engineering, data, and business teams to translate use cases into practical capabilities and self-service solutions
• Explore and assess emerging AI frameworks, architectures, and open-source tools to inform GN’s AI development
• Take ownership of solutions from early concept through deployment and ongoing improvement

To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:

• Bring an educational background in computer science, software engineering, machine learning, data science, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience
• Have solid Python development skills and experience building with modern AI/LLM orchestration frameworks and agentic architectures
• Bring knowledge of machine learning, model evaluation, retrieval techniques, data workflows, and generative AI methods
• Work well with others, communicate clearly across technical and business audiences, and enjoy solving new problems
• Take a structured approach to delivering solutions and are willing to learn in a changing environment

It is beneficial to have experience with cloud environments such as Azure, integration interfaces and protocols such as Model Context Protocol (MCP), CI/CD workflows, and LLMOps/MLOps practices for lifecycle management and monitoring.
